HR Coach Academy is the only RTO licensed to provide training in the Certificate IV in Human Resources with course content based on the National Human Resources Framwork (HRF101:2010). Our exclusive course content has been designed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement HR functions and HR planning in your workplace.
This course has been designed in a flexible delivery format. Based on the principles of "learning by doing", this course encourages participants to apply their skills and knowledge in the workplace to demonstrate competency.
