What is a STAR Workplace?
During our research, HR Coach found that there was a gap in the market for businesses in the small to medium sized sector to effectively create great workplaces and gain the recognition they deserved for their efforts. The STAR Workplace Program was designed to address this gap and to identify organisations that are committed to creating an engaged and productive workplace.
